About this home

A little TLC, a whole lot of potential, and 2.67 beautiful acres to call your own! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath double-wide offers newer flooring throughout, a spacious layout, and plenty of opportunity to make it your own. The home does need some repairs and updating, including some love for the charming front porch, but the setting is what really makes this property special. Step outside to a gorgeous backyard with plenty of room for gardening, entertaining, pets, or simply enjoying the extra space and privacy. The A/C is currently not functioning; however, with an acceptable offer, the seller is willing to have a replacement system installed by Coomer’s HVAC. If you’ve been looking for acreage and a home with room to add your own finishing touches, we know a place.
